Shah waliullah was great Muslim scholar. He was born on 21st February 1703 in Delhi India and died in 1762. His father name was Abdul Rahim who was famous religious person and was running a madrasa. That name was madrisa-i- Rahimyar. He got early education from his father he also belongs to Naqshbandi silsila. Shah waliullah also got his early education in this madrasa
Shah waliullah migration to Mecca
In 1730 he went to Mecca where he got his education from great Muslim scholars of the time. He leads the ideology of Muslims of India that was the time when Muslim of India got golden chance to seek sprite of Islam. He was Muslim scholar who include very important aspect of Islam as like social political and economic aspect as well. He started working to preach Islam.
Translation of holy Quran
In 1738 Hazrat shah Waliullah translated Holy Quran into Persian language. AT that time he was by scholars criticized him.
He wrote more than 50 books he also trained the Muslims ulemma of that time to spred the real Islam.
Sociological thought of Shah Waliullah
When shah waliullah started preaching of Islam and his Islamic theory that was the time of Mughal rule in India. The state of the society was destroyed by Mughal Kings. His teaching was based on the teaching of Quran and sunnah.
Shah waliullah concept of development of society
Shah Waliullah divided the development of society of men in four stages. According to Shah Waliullah in first stage human learn about his basic need such as growing trees plantation animals and his basic needs gradually. The man know about marriage mutual cooperation his safety etc.
In 2nd stage man divided into urban areas and city areas he formed social groups and organizations. Hi gain more knowledge through experiments and now man had able to solve his problems and difficulties as well.
At 4th stage now man is is well settled the government imposed taxes and the man is gradually thought to move the next level of society development. At last stage man felt need to move other countries for social relations and development.

Shah waliullah wrote more than 50 books. Some of his books are Sufism and traditions, Treaties of Islamic law, The sacred Knowledge, Hujjat Allah AL. Balighah, The rising moons, and Al Qawwal al Jameel
